Your kid will definitely appreciate his birthday cake if you personally prepare no bake
mango cheesecake. Ingredients are as follows:

  • ¼ cup melted salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1.8 ounce bar cream cheese, softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract & ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons water & 1 ½ teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1 95-gram pack gulaman, mango flavored.

Freeze the cheesecake overnight or at least 2 hours before you apply the hot gulaman to
avoid melting the layers.
